3 Ways To Ride For Wishes This Summer
If you've got a motorcycle and want to help grant wishes this summer, Make-A-Wish South Dakota has three different ways for you to get involved. Angels With A Dream, the Ride For Wishes Poker Run and Hot Harley Nights are all taking place this June and July. Tune up your bike and learn how you can get involved!
Angels With A Dream: June 4
The first Sunday of June, come out to the Great Bear Recreation Park in Sioux Falls for Angels With A Dream. The event has free admission and lots of fun for everyone. There will be a car show, wine tasting, silent auction, raffles, kids' activities, a bake sale and more. Best of all, the proceeds from the event will benefit Make-A-Wish South Dakota. Ride For A Wish Poker Run: June 10
On June 10, Watertown residents can come out to the Dakota Sioux Casino and Glacial Lakes Harley-Davidson for the Ride For A Wish Poker Run. The ride begins at the Harley-Davidson and ends at the Casino. In addition to the poker run portion of the event, you can also enjoy a concert and vendor booths featuring local businesses. Everyone is welcome to participate and the proceeds will help Make-A-Wish South Dakota.
Hot Harley Nights: July 6-9
One of South Dakota's biggest motorcycle events is Hot Harley Nights, taking place again in downtown Sioux Falls. This event has raised more than $2.5 million for Make-A-Wish South Dakota since it began more than 20 years ago.
Hot Harley Nights will include a casino run, motorcycle parade, live music, raffles, silent auction, food, an outdoor party and a bike show. If you'd like to partake in the raffle, you can purchase a single ticket for $25 or five tickets for $100. You'll have the chance to win a Harley-Davidson Softail Slim from the J & L Harley-Davidson. Donate Your Motorcycle Or Other Vehicle
