2016 InterContinental Miami Wish Ball
On Nov. 12, you can be a part of Southern Florida's can't-miss social event, the InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Ball. Over the past 21 years, the Wish Ball has raised more than $19 million for Make-A-Wish, which has helped grant nearly 4,000 wishes! The Wish Ball is also attended by notable philanthropists, celebrities and business leaders, and is emceed again this year by Gabrielle Anwar.
Evening Details
The 22nd Annual Wish Ball takes place at the InterContinental Miami (100 Chopin Plaza). The evening begins with a reception and silent auction at 7 p.m. Dinner, a live auction, celebrity entertainment and dancing will follow, starting at 8:30 p.m. The Wish Ball is known for its memorable auctions, which include hundreds of unique items and experiences. You'll have the chance to bid on travel packages, jewelry, cars, collectibles, one-of-a-kind experiences and so much more. Best of all, you will be supporting Make-A-Wish Southern Florida with your bids!
This year's entertainment features an opening act by singer/songwriter Alisan Porter. Porter recently won season 10 of The Voice and has also released albums with her former band The Canyons and a solo release, "Who We Are." The entertainment will be headlined by the Grammy Award, Academy Award and Golden Globe Award-winning artist John Legend.

Make-A-Wish Night Club Details
Following the Wish Ball, attendees can also purchase a ticket for the InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Night Club. Night club tickets are $100 in advance or $120 at the door. Entertainment at the night club will feature celebrity DJ Jermaine Dupri, a complimentary open bar and a fashion show by Neiman Marcus Bal Harbour.
